Our Customer Service Team is currently looking for new colleagues, whose responsibilities will be:
AP:
Process invoices and handle exceptions for a distinct country group according to the defined procedures and accounting principles and legislation
Reconciliation of accounts, resolution of held items, queries
Identification of unusual or overdue items and selection the correct procedure to verify or adjust discrepancies or errors
Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for management
Follow up and escalate with business users where their intervention has been requested
Establish, modify, document and co-ordinate implementation of accounting control procedures
Proactive suggestion of ideas to improve processes, in order to keep to the standardized Consumer AP Processes
Support Payment team in clearing bank reconciliation items
Meet dashboard metrics related to Invoice Processing
CS:
Receive and respond to all incoming AP queries via phone and email from external suppliers and Consumer Group Affiliates on a day-to-day basis within the given language scope
Log the calls, query details and the response given to the query
Log complaints and escalate to AP Manager
Accountabilities
Perform all AP Support procedures as required to a high standard of quality, in a timely and efficient manner

Qualification / skills:
Sound knowledge of invoice processing
At least one year experience in a similar job in finance / accounting / customer service environment
Independent worker, requiring only occasional supervision
Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative
Eye for detail
Initiative
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent English and Polish (written and oral
